New Navigation Bar: Improved User Experience on 1VALET Resident App

Welcome to another 1VALET feature update. This week, we’re introducing an update to our navigation bar on the Resident App and an update to our date and time filters on the 1CONNECT property management portal.

 

Navigation Bar

 

1VALET Resident App users will soon see an updated navigation bar on iOS version 3.56.0 and above and Android version 3.0.568 and above. Residents should see an update available to them during the week of June 24.

Tapping on the round button in the center of the navigation bar will bring up the new main menu. The main menu features 2 main tabs: My Building and My Account.
 
My Building will feature key information about the building and allow residents to easily contact management for support. My Account will contain suite information and allow residents to access all the features of the 1VALET Resident App.
 
Our goal for this navigation change was to create a more intuitive flow, making it easier for residents to find what they need and offering a smoother, more enjoyable experience.
 
 

Date & Time Filters

 

We’ve updated all filters across our property management software portal to show the selected filters more clearly as little pills after being selected.

 

 

We’ve also updated our time selectors across the board. The time selectors on most lists now default to “All time”.

In addition, you are now able to filter by date without specifying the time. We hope this update helps simplify the time selection process.

 

 

 

Bug Fixes

 

Now, long announcements are no longer cut off on the video intercom home page.
