All you need to power our solution is an internet connection. That’s it.

Can I customize what features I want to see?

Yes, our platform is completely customizable, so you only pay for the features you want and need.

Can I add features at a later date?

Yes. If there are features that you or your residents would like included down the line, getting them added is easy. Just contact your Account Rep and they’ll do the rest.*

How do I train my residents and staff to use the 1VALET Platform?

Our team provides you with all the resources you need to fully train your residents on how to use all the features of the 1VALET Platform. From on-site training to instructional videos and written how-to’s, we’ve got you covered.
