1VALET and Eddy Solutions Announce Water Leak Detection Partnership

1VALET and Eddy Solutions will integrate their smart building platform and water leak detection solutions, respectively, to enhance resident living and property operations in multi-residential apartments and condominiums.

Ottawa and Toronto, Canada, October 28th, 2020 – Smart building platform provider 1VALET Corp and intelligent leak protection supplier Eddy Solutions are pleased to announce a strategic collaboration to refer respective leads in multi-family residential projects to one another. The collaboration will result in 1VALET, which has integrated several third party smart solutions such as smart door locks and thermostats onto its platform, also integrating Eddy’s award-winning water leak detection and mitigation solution into 1VALET’s connected software ecosystem. The integration will further enhance each party’s already robust smart living experience for residents and building operators.
