Package Scanning Technology
Simple courier access.
Our Smart Entry System is the only video intercom system with patented Package Scanning Technology, which allows couriers to temporarily access multi-family buildings without having to be buzzed in.
Upon arrival at the building, couriers simply scan the barcode of an incoming package. Our technology verifies the package and courier, and unlocks the door for the courier to enter the building. Packages can then be left with the concierge, or securely stored in a designated package room to prevent theft, damage, and clutter.

We’ve integrated with package locker companies Snaile , LocKourier , and Expedibox to offer end-to-end courier access and secure storage for package deliveries. Once in the apartment or condo building, couriers can deposit the deliveries into one of the smart package lockers. After receiving their delivery notification on the 1VALET Resident App, residents can collect their packages.
