Maintenance Requests On-The Go: Create, View & Update Maintenance Requests from Anywhere

Welcome to another 1VALET feature update. We’ve listened to your feedback and are excited to announce that we have added Maintenance Requests to the 1CONNECT App. This means that property and asset managers, as well as building staff, can now create, view and update maintenance requests on-the-go from anywhere.
1CONNECT App Maintenance Requests
You asked and we’ve delivered. You can now create, view, and update maintenance requests directly from the 1CONNECT App. To access this feature, tap the menu icon at the top left of the 1CONNECT App Home screen and select “Maintenance Requests” from the menu.
From this screen, you’ll be able to view all the maintenance requests, search, filter and easily add new requests. We’ve also made it easier to see the requests assigned to you from the “My Tasks” tab.
Adding a new request is easy, just tap the + button in the bottom right corner to get started.
We’ve also added 1CONNECT APP push notifications for new requests when they are created by residents and also for requests that get assigned to you so you can quickly action them without being at your desk.
If you are not seeing the notifications, check your notification settings in our 1CONNECT property management software and make sure the toggles are turned on for that feature. These can be accessed by tapping on the top right user icon and selecting “Preferences”.
With this new feature, managing requests has never been easier. Whether you are a property manager on-the-go or a building staff member looking to streamline your workflow, the 1CONNECT App has you covered.
