1VALET Adds Yardi Integration to Simplify and Enhance Property Management

Ottawa – November 2nd, 2021 – Leading smart building platform provider 1VALET announced today that it has expanded the integrations of its Building Operating System (BOS) to include to include Yardi Voyager®, a comprehensive technology platform for residential property management. The integration, which will pull and synchronize data between the two platforms, will streamline property management for 1VALET customers, considerably lowering their operating costs. 

Thousands of management companies choose Yardi Voyager to optimize the accounting, operations, and ancillary services for their residential and commercial portfolios. Through Yardi Voyager’s API, the native integration allows 1VALET’s Building OS to pull data and automatically synchronize with Yardi Voyager’s property management software. When moving out residents or onboarding new ones, this synchronization automatically updates resident info, saving property managers time by eliminating the need for double data entry.

Looking towards the future, 1VALET is currently further developing its integration with Yardi Voyager to include important service ticketing and payment gateway features. The integration, which will be native within the 1VALET Resident App, will give residents the ability to securely pay for rent and other services, as well as open and send maintenance requests right from their phone.
