Upon entering the building, residents and guests alike will be greeted by 1VALET’s industry-leading Entry System, which reinvents how they will enter the building. Residents can enter with only a smile by opting in to facial entry, or can use digital key cards on their Resident App to unlock building doors or their suite from anywhere. 1VALET also makes guest access simple yet secure through curated SMS text invites that allow guests to enter the building simply by replying to a text message.

1VALET’s Entry System also features patented parcel scanning technology, which grants seamless courier access into the building simply by scanning the package. Once the package is delivered, residents receive notifications directly to their phone on their Resident App, so they never have to miss another delivery.

The 1VALET Resident App also extends into the suite, where residents can use their mobile device to control lights and switches, manage their thermostat, book amenities, and receive building reminders or news directly from staff.
