Sync Amenity Booking Details with Your External Calendars

Welcome to 1VALET’s new feature launch for April 2023. This month, we’re excited to introduce the latest platform improvements, as well as the launch of our new Calendar Sync feature that allows you to sync amenity booking details with your external calendars.
 
 

Calendar Sync for Amenity Bookings

 
You asked for it, and we delivered – this month, we’re excited to introduce our latest feature which allows property managers and staff to sync amenity booking details within their 1VALET platform with their external calendars.

To access calendar sync, go to the Amenities page on the 1CONNECT portal and select Manage Amenities. Then, click on the more icon and choose Sync calendar from the drop-down menu.

Once selected, a new pop-up window will appear with a calendar address. You can copy the URL provided and add it to an external calendar of your choice.

Please note that due to the nature of external calendars, it may take 24 hours or more for calendar updates to reflect. While you can view bookings on your calendar, booking approvals will still need to be completed on the 1CONNECT portal.


Platform Improvements

 
1. The emergency contact field on an occupant is no longer mandatory, and is now optional.
2. We have enhanced our support for Alfred smart door locks
3. We have added support for Distech thermostats.
